DCH Legal Group is a West Australian law firm specialising in Family/Divorce Law.
DCH was formed in January 1994 as the partnership of Peter Dowding, Stephen Crooks and Elizabeth Hynes.
Peter Dowding joined the Western Australian Bar Association in 1996 and was made Senior Counsel in 2002. His Honour Stephen Crooks was appointed as a Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia in October 2007.
DCH Legal Group incorporated in July 2008 and the present directors are Elizabeth Hynes, Rhonda Griffiths and Max Beckerling. Elizabeth Hynes and Rhonda Griffiths have been practising in Family Law for over twenty five (25) years.
Max Beckerling was welcomed as a director in the company in November 2008. Max has been a senior associate with DCH for some years.Elizabeth Hynes is accredited by the Law Society of Western Australia as a Family Law Specialist and is a qualified Family Law arbitrator.
We employ five experienced Solicitors and 10 support staff.
