DCH Legal Group is a West Australian law firm specialising in Family/Divorce Law.
DCH was formed in January 1994 as the partnership of Peter Dowding, Stephen Crooks and Elizabeth Hynes.
Peter Dowding joined the Western Australian Bar Association in 1996 and was made Senior Counsel in 2002. His Honour Stephen Crooks was appointed as a Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia in October 2007.
The present partners are Elizabeth Hynes and Rhonda Griffiths, both of whom have been practising in Family Law for over twenty five (25) years. The Honourable Michael Holden, former Chief Justice of the Family Court of WA, joined DCH as a senior consultant in January 2008.
Elizabeth Hynes is accredited by the Law Society of Western Australia as a Family Law Specialist and is a qualified Family Law arbitrator.
We employ five experienced Solicitors and 10 support staff.
