Do you know your rights? We do. DCH Legal Group has extensive experience in resolving financial and children’s disputes where the parties were in a de facto relationship.

If an eligible de facto relationship has broken down, you can apply to have financial matters determined in the same way as married couples. In most cases this must begin within two years of the breakdown of your relationship.
