Daniel is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and has been a part of DCH Legal Group for over ten years.
Daniel studied law at Murdoch University and graduated in 2004.
After admission to legal practice in 2005, Daniel worked as a criminal lawyer at the Mental Health Law Centre and as a restraining order lawyer at Legal Aid Western Australia.
Daniel joined DCH Legal Group in 2008 as an associate and became a director in 2016.
Daniel has experience in all areas of family law, including complex financial and child welfare litigation, where his focus is facilitating practical outcomes and solutions and minimising legal cost.
Daniel has undertaken training in Collaborative Law and Dispute Resolution, and gained his specialist family law accreditation in 2017.
Daniel has a strong belief in access to justice and is an active supporter of the community legal sector. He is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association Publications Sub-Committee and volunteers regularly as a pro bono solicitor at the Sussex Street Community Legal Service and the Women’s Law Centre. Daniel is married and has very young children. In his spare time, he is a keen musician and arts enthusiast.
